Which pages matter?

Most visitors want the same few things, whatever your business. Give each its own clear place.

  1. Home: what you are, where you are, and a button to call or message.
  2. Services or programmes: what you offer, with prices or ranges if you are comfortable sharing them.
  3. Timings or batches: when you are open or when classes run.
  4. People: your stylists, trainers or faculty, with short, honest introductions.
  5. Results or work: photos of your work, or the outcomes you can truthfully describe.
  6. Contact: address, map, phone, WhatsApp and a form.
  7. Questions: answers to what people ask most.

Do not build twenty pages when seven good ones will do. Our Managed Website plan covers up to 10.

How do bookings or demo classes work?

You do not need a complicated system to start. Pick the simplest option that fits.

  • Call or WhatsApp: a button on every page that starts a chat or call. This works for most salons and small gyms.
  • Enquiry form: the visitor leaves a name and number and you call back. Good for demo classes.
  • Booking tool: an online calendar for choosing a slot. It is more work to run and is outside our Managed Website plan, where appointment booking is quoted separately.

Whichever you choose, reply fast. A person who asked for a demo class and waited two days has often moved on.

What goes on the map listing?

Your Google Business Profile is your shop window on Maps, so keep it matched to your website.

  • The same name, address and phone number
  • The right category, such as hair salon, gym or coaching centre
  • Services, hours and holiday timings
  • Photos of the inside, the equipment or classroom, and your work
  • A link to your website and to your booking option

See how to set up and verify your profile.

How do photos help?

Photos are often what decides a visit. People want to see that the place is clean, safe and what they expect.

  • Use your own photos, not stock images
  • Show the entrance, the interior, the equipment and your team
  • For a salon, show finished work, with the client's permission
  • Keep them light enough to load quickly on a phone

What do parents or members check first?

Different people look for different things, so answer them early.

  • Salon clients: services and prices, hygiene, who will do the work, how to book.
  • Gym members: fees, trainers, timings, equipment, trial options.
  • Coaching parents and students: subjects and levels, faculty background, batch sizes, timings, fees, location and safety.

Put these in plain sight. If a fee is variable, give a range and say what it depends on.

What needs updating monthly?

A site that is out of date is worse than a small one that is current.

  • New offers, batches or seasonal timings
  • Price changes
  • New photos, trainers or faculty
  • Holiday hours
  • Any changes to your phone number or address

Our Managed Website plan includes 2 small edits a month, about 15 minutes each, and a monthly website health report, at ₹2,999 a month including GST, with the build at ₹0 for up to 10 pages. Bigger changes are quoted first. See the pricing page or contact us.

Questions people ask

Do I need online booking?

Not at the start. Many salons, gyms and coaching centres do well with a call button, a WhatsApp button and an enquiry form. Add an online calendar if you get many bookings or if missed calls cost you customers. Booking tools need setup and upkeep, so add one only if you need it.

How many photos should I use?

Enough to show the place and your work, without slowing the page. A handful of clear photos on key pages is better than dozens of poor ones. Use your own images, update them from time to time, and get permission before showing any client or student.

Can I show my fees?

Yes, and many visitors prefer it. If your prices vary, show a range and say what affects it. Showing fees saves time for both sides and filters out people who cannot afford your service. If you prefer not to, explain how to get a quote quickly.

Can I change batch timings myself?

In our Managed Website plan, you ask us and we make the change as one of your 2 small edits a month, each about 15 minutes. If you change timings often, or need bigger updates, tell us. Larger changes are quoted first at ₹500 an hour.

Is the site designed for phones first?

Our sites work on every phone, which matters because most visitors will arrive on one. Check any provider's work on your own phone before you decide. Buttons should be easy to tap, text easy to read and the page quick to open.
